Our Quality Control (QC) Profile
Maintaining consistently high-quality standards is our top priority. To achieve this, we have established a dedicated Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) department. All procedural documents and work instructions are strictly followed in accordance with ISO standards and customer requirements.

Quality Process Control:
1. **Pre-Manufacturing Verification:** Prior to manufacturing, the QC team verifies raw materials against the Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure compliance with specifications, dimensions, and models. The team also confirms that the Work Instruction (WI) aligns with the customer order and inspects production instruments and fixtures, such as the temperature of electric soldering irons and the torque of pneumatic screwdrivers. These inspections are documented on corresponding report forms.

2. **First Article Inspection (FAI):** The QC team conducts a detailed inspection of the first finished or semi-finished product produced during the current order cycle. This verification is performed against the BOM and WI, and the results are recorded in the FAI report for approval by the management team.

3. **In-Process Quality Checks:** The QC team performs hourly inspections of semi-finished and finished products at a rate of 5 pieces per hour. If any abnormalities are detected, the team promptly requests a production line stoppage and reports the issue to the management team for further action.

4. **Final Quality Assurance (FQA):** The QA team conducts comprehensive inspections of the finished products' appearance and performance based on the order requirements. These inspections are meticulously documented in the QA test report.
