Product Introduction

There are 4 primary application modes:

Up and Down Water Tank Water Supply: This application is specifically designed for managing the water supply between upper and lower water tanks.

Pressure Water Supply: The second application focuses on water supply by pressure control ,connection with pressure switch.

Sewage Discharge: The third application addresses the efficient removal of wastewater.

Pure Time Period Control: The final application offers time-based control, allowing users to schedule pump operations according to specific time intervals.

In summary, these four applications-up and down water tank water supply, pressure water supply, sewage discharge, and pure time period control-offer comprehensive solutions for various water management tasks. Each application is designed to address specific challenges and requirements, ensuring efficient, reliable, and sustainable water handling across different industries and environments.

LCD Displaying

The system provides a comprehensive monitoring solution by displaying the voltage and current in real time, allowing users to stay informed about the electrical parameters that are critical for the efficient operation of the water pump. This real-time data presentation ensures that any fluctuations or anomalies in power supply can be promptly identified and addressed, thereby enhancing the overall reliability of the system.

In addition to the real-time display of voltage and current, the working dynamics of the water pump are presented in a dynamic format. This means that users can visualize the operational status of the pump through graphical representations or animated indicators, which provide an intuitive understanding of its performance.

Furthermore, the system is equipped with a fault-detection mechanism that enhances its diagnostic capabilities. In the event of a malfunction or abnormal condition, the corresponding icon on the interface will begin to flash, drawing immediate attention to the issue. This visual alert serves as a quick indicator of potential problems, such as overheating, overcurrent, low pressure, or mechanical failure, enabling users to take corrective actions swiftly. By integrating these features, the system not only monitors the pump's performance but also ensures timely intervention to prevent further damage or downtime.

Overall, this combination of real-time data display, dynamic output of pump dynamics, and fault-indicating icons creates a user-friendly and highly functional monitoring environment. It caters to both technical professionals who require detailed insights and general operators who need clear and accessible information to maintain the smooth operation of the water pump.

Basic operation

Core protection activated by Parameter calibartion

After installation and connecting incoming supply, outgoing to motor and selecting appropriate DIP Switch for application. Its important to do the calibration process in order to provide appropriate protections to the pump
Step 1: switch to manual mode if it is in auto mode by pressing MODE button, make sure pump is OFF.
Step 2: press the START button to run the pump, ensure that the pump is drawing current near its rated current and is lifting water. Voltage should also be within permissible limits
Step 3: After ensuring things in Step 2, press and hold the START button until you hear a beep sound and the pump stops. The NO CALIBER message on the LCD screen will now no longer appear.
This indicates that the calibration process is now complete.

Erasing
When the pump is reinstalled after maintenance or the new pump is installed, user must erase the former parameter calibration and a new calibration procedure must be carried out.
This needs to be done whenever pump is repaired or a new pump is installed, previous parameters need to be erased before the unit is re-calibrated. Follow the below Instructions to erase the parameter calibration:
Press the MODE key to switch to manual mode if it is in Auto mode, Make sure the pump is not running. Press the STOP key approximately for 3 secs and release when the unit makes a "Beep" sound.
Unit is now back to factory settings, "NO CALIBER "sign will start flashing on the LCD screen. For re calibration, follow the instructions as given in "CALIBRATION" section.

To ensure pump and motor is protected it is essential to calibrate the controller parameters as soon as pump is running to operational standards. Perform calibration after each installation or maintenance operation.

START

Or STORE button

Parameter calibration:

In Manual mode press "START", give the pump time to run as it would normally then hold "START" (approximately 5-10 sec)

or press the "STORE" button (Button on mainboard with yellow cap).

The controller will make a "Di" sound. The controller should now be calibrated to the current spec of the motor.

STOP

Parameter erasing:

Ensure pump has stopped running then hold "STOP" until the controller makes a "Di" sound. (Hold for approximately 5-10 sec). The controller should now be cleared of all calibrations.
