Duplex Sump Pump Control Panel

The three phase, 380-415 volt working voltage duplex sump pump control panel is specifically designed for raising sewage.

Allow for 4-20 mA level transmitter, float switch, and level probe connections.

Protection against over/under voltage, overload, pump stalling, dry running, and overflow.Three phase imbalanced protection, open phase protection, and phase reversal protection.protection against overheating and water leaks.

Three or four float switches are sufficient to run a typical duplex control panel. PUMP OFF, PUMP ON, and HIGH LEVEL floats are included in the typical three-float configuration. There would be four floats in a setup: PUMP OFF, PUMP 1 ON (LEAD ON), PUMP 2 ON (LAG ON), and HIGH LEVEL.

 

When operating automatically, the control panel's alternating relay alternates between PUMPs 1 and 2 after each cycle. PUMP 1 will therefore operate until the liquid level reaches the PUMP OFF float after the liquid level reaches the PUMP ON float. At this moment, the alternate relay will flip to PUMP 2, continue on the same cycle, and then flip back to PUMP 1.

 

When the water level hits the PUMP 2 ON (LAG ON) float switch in a 4-float setup, the alternate pump that is not configured to turn on automatically will turn on. Water level should only ever reach the PUMP 2 ON (LAG ON) switch in the event that PUMP 1 malfunctions or is unable to handle the incoming flow.

 

 

Additional features: You can easily enable or off each protection function on your own.

I.e.Pump fault record for the last five times is shown.

II.pump that displays the cumulative running time.

III.Lock and unlock (settable) via a key press button.

IV.Operating pump information is shown on a dynamic LCD.

V.Function of Memory during Power Outage and Power Recovery.

VI.To activate or deactivate the A/B pump activity.

VII.The timetable for the pump start delay is set.A time-settable delay for pump stoppage.
