Product Introduction
Suitable for booster pumps, sewage pumps, deep well pumps, and other water pump types is the three-phase pump controller PCS31.
The controller's basic working idea is to achieve protection and automatic control by using an integrated circuit with a program synthesis function as the sensor's eye output signal.
A large-capacity chip is used by the three-phase pump controller, enabling program updating.
Under typical operating conditions, the current of the pump is precisely recorded by our in-house one-key parameter setting mechanism. It is possible to identify the protection against dry rotation, overload, and pump stalling by measuring the current under various conditions.
In contrast to other controllers on the market, the PCS31 offers phase reversal protection. With this protection, every pump that is operating will know when an open phase occurs.

The traditional primary uses of dip switch shifting
1. Water is transferred from the uphead tank to the low tank.
2. The borehole pump's booster.
3. Sump draining.
Special characteristics apply when it is utilized for water transfer.

Consider the following scenario: the lower water supply has an upper tank that is empty. According to standard operating logic, the lower tank cannot pump water until the liquid level reaches the third probe. If the power is turned off and back on again, the controller will only determine whether water is present in the second probe rather than determining if the third probe has been reached. It will revert to its typical functioning logic after the initial cycle.
